Aisleyne completes the British 10k London Run

On 1st July, despite the bad weather and London being on a "critical" terror alert, Aisleyne completed the British 10k London Run with a very respectable time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. According to her post in the forum, she ran the first 3 kilometres until hurting her foot. After a brief spell of walking, she resumed running, but was slowed down again after being winded by a low-flying water bottle. So that makes her finishing time all the more impressive!

Aisleyne, wearing number 6839, took part in the run with her friend, Lisa Connell, and they were both doing it to raise money for Brain Tumour UK.
