Hair & Beauty Benevolent Ball

On Monday February 9th Aisleyne attended the HABB Black and White Ball at the Hilton, Park Lane. Hair & Beauty Benevolent (HABB) is the official industry charity, dedicated to helping hair and beauty professionals and their families facing illness, bereavement or financial hardship, and the HABB Ball is one of the main fundraising events in their calendar. Over 500 people attended, including many household names from the Hair & Beauty realm, as well as celebrities such as Aisleyne, the Marchant twins, Cleo Rocas and Apprentice runner-up Claire Young among others.

Aisleyne was "dressed to impress" as usual and was right in line with the "Black and White" theme in her "Arrogant Cat" dress (as she revealed in her interview with OKTV's Liz Cundy). Her hair was specially done by the organisers. The Sun reported that Aisleyne looked "good enough to eat".

Ash and the other guests were treated to (in HABB's words) "some fine wine, scrumptious food and breathtaking catwalk shows" , and Aisleyne also joined the other celebrities on stage to assist with the raffle which contributed some �5,800 towards the �50,000 raised by the event.

In her interview for OK TV, Aisleyne resisted attempts by Liz Cundy to tease some advance information from her about her upcoming book, and stressed that it was not really a Kiss-and-Tell. When asked for a hair/beauty tip, Aisleyne was more forthcoming and very succinct. "Always backcomb", she advised.
