African Music Awards Launch

Yes, for the third night in a row, Aisleyne was out again on Thursday 18th August. This time she was at the African Centre, Covent Garden for the launch of the O2 African Music Awards, to be held in October.

Among the many stars at the event, Aisleyne was delighted to meet UK rapper Sway. Next day the Daily Star's Goss Girls also said that they spotted Angellica Bell talking to Aisleyne at the event. And Sunday's Star reported that she was currently being "wooed" by the producers of Ultimate Big Brother and that "while deciding on the offer last week she attended the launch of the 02 African Music Awards .. where she flirted with EastEnders star Devon Anderson." We now know, of course, that the goss about UBB was accurate, but we're much more dubious about the other bit. Ash and Devon are indeed pals, but our guess is that they were more likely to have been discussing their acting careers - maybe Devon was after a cameo role on ANUVaHOOD!

Aisleyne's short print dress (from Lipsy) and boots (from Missguided) attracted the attention of Reveal magazine, who featured her prominently in their "I Want What She's Got" feature, with details of where to buy the items in question.
