Aisleyne turns down Ultimate Big Brother23 August 2010
Here is the Press Release issued by the film's distributors today: AISLEYNE HORGAN-WALLACE TURNS DOWN ULTIMATE BIG BROTHER FOR MAJOR MOVIE ROLE TV star AISLEYNE HORGAN-WALLACE has turned down £10,000 to return to the Big Brother house this week so she can star in a major film with British actress Jamie Winstone. Aisleyne begins shooting urban comedy ANUVAHOOD this month, a spoof of the urban films of recent years including Kidulthood, Adulthood and Shank. The film, due for release in 2011, also stars Ashley Walters (Dead Man Running) and Adam Deacon (Kidulthood, Shank, 4321). Hot favourite to win Ultimate Big Brother, which airs from 24th August, Aisleyne has turned down offers from Channel 4 to be part of the final showdown. She came third in 2006’s Big Brother and was the top female of that year. Since then she has launched her own clothing line (“Unique By Aisleyne”), enjoyed successful columns in More and Reveal Magazine and released an autobiography (“Aisleyne: Surviving Guns, Gangs and Glamour”). “Whilst Big Brother was an amazing experience and helped open a lot of doors for me, I feel that I am on to the next chapter of my life and am excited to be part of this film with an amazing cast” Aisleyne added today.
