The Duke of Essex Polo Trophy at Gaynes Park is a prestigious event On the annual celebrity social calendar, and Aisleyne is a regular attendee.

This year's event was no exception, and despite the rain-soaked nature of Summer 2012, on Saturday July 14th Aisleyne joined a multitude of celebs and public to enjoy the occasion, mud or no mud! Others attending included Lizzie Cundy, Caprice Bourret, Nancy dell'Olio and Nick Knowles.

The organisers had made special efforts to beat the conditions, so Aisleyne was able to wear her black-and-gold high heels rather than her Glastonbury wellingtons, and her turquoise dress (with or without black bolero) ensured a lot of paparazzi and media attention.

The Daily Mail seem to have followed her around most of the day, as they published a series of pictures showing her enjoying a rather large burger, some rear-views rather reminiscent of "those" Pippa Middleton wedding pics, and of her dancing away in the VIP marquee. The Sun were particularly taken with Aisleyne's novel place to park her mobile phone. Their headline "Cleavage a message after the tone" gives a broad clue as to where this was.

The Mail did point out, however, that Aisleyne "certainly showed more composure than some of the other guests that day", after at least one of the celebrities fell headlong into the mud!

By the way, we understand that during the day some people played polo as well.
