Hoops Aid 2015

On Sunday 10th May the charity Hoops Aid staged a celebrity basketball match at the O2 Arena immediately preceding the BBL (British Basketball League) Play-off Final.

And even though she had just arrived at Gatwick on an overnight flight from Las Vegas, that wasn't going to stop Aisleyne from joining in the action in support of a great cause.

Other people in her team included BBC's Mike Bushell, Actor Steve-O, boxer Dereck Chisora, athlete Andy Turner, basketball player Priest Lauderdale and footballer Adebayo Akinfenwa.

A crowd of some 17,000 watched the match. The final score was 43-34, and we happy to report that it was Aisleyne's team that won, though of course the real winners are those who will benefit from Hoops Aid activities.
