When Ash Met Babs

On the evening of Tuesday 5th December Aisleyne joined a host of stars taking to the stage at The Royal Albert Hall for the annual TV Times/BBC Radio 2 sponsored "Christmas With The Stars" concert in aid of blood cancer charity Bloodwise, in the presence of the charity's patron HRH The Duke of Kent.

The event clearly called for something special in the fashion department, and Aisleyne wore a long black evening dress with split skirt shipped over from Australia. It was the appropriately-named "Lush" from the Abyss by Abby collection, which she teamed with a pair of Louboutins, naturally.

Others attending included Shona McGarty, Duncan Bannatyne and to Aisleyne's delight, her "iconic idol" Dame Barbara Windsor. The Sun recorded (with pictures) this historic meeting, quoting an anonymous tweet which encapsulated the vibe rather neatly - "Peggy Mitchell and Aisleyne omg".
