After 81 days and one fake eviction, Aisleyne finally got to leave the Big Brother house. She made the final week along with fellow housemates Glyn, Jennie, Nikki, Pete and Richard.

She was pretty convinced that she wouldn't do well based on the negative reaction of certain sections of the crowd over the past few weeks. However, she didn't know about the groundswell of support on the Internet and from journalists for newspapers such as The Mirror and The Times. So she was rather shocked when Jennie, Nikki and then Richard were all evicted before her.

Aisleyne finished in third place and was the highest ranking female contestant. In her eviction interview with Davina McCall, Aisleyne talked about not liking the person she was before she entered the house and how the experience had changed her for the better.
