I've had a peek at it now. The picture is quite big and I don't think I've seen it before. She looks good in the pic, but it's not a posed for one like the Hyde Park ones (and she does seem a bit annoyed at being snapped).
The caption refers to the injury as an example of "the BB ghetto girl keeping it real on the streets" or something like that.

Accident? I thought she is supposed to have injured her hand on purpose to get press attention.
if you search "aisleyne" and "hospital" you get 4 blocked BP pics with the caption 10-5-2007 Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace leaves a St Thomas's Hospital in London, UK
Maybe it's pain rather than annoyance that's showing on Ash's face?
