Aisleyne features in this week's Closer magazine in a feature on celebrity tips for "food swaps" which reduce calories. "Size 8 Aisleyne" recommends replacing a choc bar with maltesers! Fortunately they've used a very nice pic in the mag from (i think) the ill-fated PFA night, and have resisted using a certain BB7 Aisleyne/malteser screen grab!

The item also appears on the Closerdiets website, though they've used a Click premiere pic there.

I notice she doesn't say how many maltesers this choc bar should be replaced with?

I should think the amount she had in her mouth in BB7 would be more fattening than a bar of chocolate.

Thanks! There's also a "reader's comment" section at the bottom, so maybe you'd like to burn off a few calories by typing a few words.

I've had a look at the article now. It's on p76-77 and includes a nice PFA awards pic (as well as some nice pictures of chocolate).
