An afternoon 'down on the farm'? That's interesting as she was filming at a farm again recently. She must be getting a taste for country life
I do hope they survive the first day, at least

| Ephraim Hardcastle's column in today's Daily Mail has an item about the programme, listing the travellers and likening the trip to the "Grand Tour of 17th century aesthetes"
It also contains the following ominous-sounding quote from "a C4 publicist":
Tensions build between Nikki Grahame and the older members of the group from the start
No surprises there then, eh?

| That august journal of record, the Ellesmere Port Pioneer has an item on the show:
http://www.ellesmereportpioneer.co.uk/ellesmere-port-news/local-ell...
Their "local" focus is principally on "Cheshire resident" Paul Burrell - even though Farndon is about 20 miles from E. Port but Ash & Nikki DO get second billing |

| First episode finished - and one yellow card for Ash and Nikki
Bit odd as of the other 3 couples who had to decide in the tie-breaker, only one had gone for Ash and Nikki, and two for Edwina and John, but they still got the yellow?
P.S. Ash doesn't like bats I guess |

| A clip from the show on C4's Youtube channel -
As the caption says, Aisleyne "doesn't take crap from anyone or anything."

But shouldn't she have said "You'd better moo yourself, little cow, if you're mooing at me"? |

Location: Scottish Borders | I knew Aisleyne would like that toboggan thing. Not averse to life in the fast lane, our Ash. And they survive into a third episode, which can't be bad? Although, looks like there could be tears in store tomorrow? |

Heatworld feature an interview with Nikki Grahame about Celebrity Coach Trip.
I reckon that there's a LITTLE bit of buck-passing about the first yellow card, though it has to be said Ash that DID rather out-scream her to begin with.
However, she is generally very positive about Ash eg
I do think she’s a good person and we do get on these days.
and reserves her Nikki-style invective for some the other trippers, pointing out the generation gap between Ash/Nikki and the rest
NB There IS (more or less) a spoiler for, probably, tonight's episode, but I reckon we could all predict that Nikki keeping a low-profile isn't likely to last....

| On the one hand, they are comfortably the youngest on the coach, and a tad isolated. It was a pity they got a nom from Cannon and Ball as it seemed they were getting on oK with them.
On the other, most of the activities have been energetic and up their street - e.g. frisbee throwing, clown make-up, tobaggoning etc. Seems like they are doing martial arts today, too. No sign yet of what Paul Burrell wanted - trips around art galleries and museums. From watching Coach Trip in the past, you rarely get those sort of activities - a bit dull for telly really.

Some publicity for the show even if its just the Daily Mail and they are casting aspersions on the quality of celebs (?)
Unfortunately, if articles like this help push up ratings, its now too late to see much of Ash and Nikki, apart from quick flashbacks!
Seems they had to cut out some parts of Nikki's extended rant....

| Today's Daily Mail runs an article about the show, focussing on Paul Burrell and with mentions of Aisleyne and Nikki.
Online version has non-CCT pics of A&N - can you spot the subliminal ad for Millione wine?

Daily Telegraph also has small item:

Burrell missed a trick on this didn't he? There he was with "Ghetto Princess" Aisleyne AND "Princess Nikki". He could have been "their rock" but instead he blew it!! |

Apparently Aisleyne had a doozy of an argument with Edwina and was quite disappointed they didn't show it. I would have loved to have seen that |

Anyone seen having a go at Edwina would be instantly popular in South Derbyshire. |
