| Ash has a great voice for radio she comes across as a natural not false. She should get a regular gig once a week/month on a radio station to fit around other commitments, or longer if she has more spare time. It would be nice is Ash had a regular job like Radio Personality/DJ it would help to enhance her profile.

think I was a bit too email sending this morning, but hey I was bored and things needed to be said.... lol....
Like "where's my guitar?"
no, I was just interested. Besides when Aisleyne actually sang Lavender Blue but thought it was a nursery rhyme I felt really old. Obviously she was song it as a child. For me, a chart hit, for Aisleyne a song for falling asleep.

I agree and it was great to hear the Holder of Key 408 on the radio again. I've always said she works well in a double act as the conversation goes, even if occassionally she dosnt get someones sarcastic comment about Mandonna and Gary Glitter..
At one stage I thought she was going to call the police in. Love it when she finally realised and said she loved sarcasism and Eamonn said something like "when you finally get it". Great timing by him there |

I think Eamonn was most probably getting sick of all my emails in the end, especially as its student radio. BTW hope you listened to the Marillion links I sent. Surely that would have jogged your memory. You were right about Lavender Blue and it was obviously sung to you as a lullaby.... thanks for making me feel even older.
So when are you next on the radio? |

Location: Scottish Borders | The chorus of Marillion's 'Lavender' does come from an old nursery rhyme Bradley. Derek Dick didnae write it. I didn't hear the show unfortunately, I'm just picking over the bones of what you're saying on here. |

how does that work? If you're old and I'm older than you? Mind you at least with my Suze I know I'm very going to be that old...... she will kill me if she reads this. Maybe I'll show her after meals on wheels arrive for her.... I'm definately in trouble now.
BTW did you head down to Park Lane to see what the key opened??? |
