They talked about going to the London College of Fashion, her mother designing for Boy George and Poly Styrene.  





Sad footnote to the above:

Poly Styrene (real name Marianne Joan Elliott-Said) has sadly died of breast cancer at the tragically early age of 53.

Here is a reference to her friendship with Aisleyne's mum Sophia on the X-Ray Spex website (Day Eight) :

Not more sad news. I've recently lost a good from from the same thing, and these reports of people dying seem so frequent lately. I remember her well. Takes me right back.
