| Hi Ash,
I was wondering whether opening up about your past for your book was easier or harder than you expected? And whether reflecting back was an enjoyable/worthwhile experience?

Well my love it was bloody awful!  But, yes, it was a good thing to do. I hope it can be an inspiration to others, thats what I wish for
