BBLB Again!

05 August 2010

On Thursday 5th August Aisleyne made her second guest appearance of the season on Big Brother's Little Brother.

In fact, you could say it was her third time because on the Sunday edition she had been rung up by the programme to respond to a criticism of her by housemate Josie; Aisleyne had replied that she "would rather meet the duvet" - end of telephone conversation!

On this occasion however Aisleyne, looking good as ever in a croptop and tight jeans, joined George Lamb, BB11's Shabby and housemate Mario's friend Laura for a debate on the day's "burning issue", which concerned Mario's selection of Dave over Steve in the Save & Replace spot. He had tossed a coin (well, a button actually), but crucially did not reveal beforehand which side represented which housemate. This begged the obvious question - Had Mario actually already picked Dave before the task began?

George introduced the guests saying that they were "never known to mince their words - Shabby, Aisleyne and Mario's friend Laura."

Shabby maintained that "Mario knew right from the getgo who he was going to choose", and said that he was being dishonest.

Aisleyne (caption "she knows her mind") agreed, as George compared the situation with hers in the House Next Door. Aisleyne said it was a different case as her decision would immediately evict someone.

"Why didn't he call?", she asked, "AND he picked his 'best mate' Dave". Aisleyne concluded that his motive was "getting rid of the competition".

Laura staunchly defended Mario claiming that the others wouldn't want to know beforehand anyway which side represented which housemate.

"Hes a mug!" cried Aisleyne

George then picked up the point about friendship before tactics, and asked Shabby about her "one out both out" agreement with Caoimhe, which hadn't in fact been followed through by "Keeva the Diva" (as Aisleyne labelled her).

George brought the lively banter to a close revealing that a telephone poll showed that 79% agreed with Aisleyne and Shabby.

On her previous BBLB appearance, Aisleyne had seemed a little dubious about whether Shabby "knew herself", but we understand that they actually got on very well when they met for this programme.
