Hi Guys

Thanks for sticking with me for another year. And what a year it's been! Covid-19 hasn't been kind but together we'll pull through. I think a positive frame of mind is key in these hard times.

Can't believe this year was the 20th anniversary of Big Brother and I have to pinch myself to think I was part of such a historic programme. E4 had a series showing some of the best episodes ever and I was so touched by the nice things Davina and Rylan had to say about me. It still gives me a massive buzz even after all this time.

I'm very excited for you guys to see my 'Celeb Ex In The City' episode on MTV in January. But I'm afraid there's a lot of screaming from me, I'm dramatic enough as it is without throwing an ex into the mix!

I'm spending Christmas and my birthday in Spain as I've had some surgery, but I'd rather be here than back home, can't lie. Right now, I'm lying on a sun-lounger next to a pool, thinking do I even want to come back home!

We're going into 2021 having been through a lot this past year but let's move forward in a positive frame of mind, focused on our goals and loving each other. This is the start of a new era and I just want it to be filled with love.

As this year comes to an end, we need to remember that we are not defined by our errors, our mistakes, or our pain. We're defined by how we come back from hard times, so be strong and believe in yourself.
