I've just checked the Met office website and the weather forecast for this weekend is for wind and showers.

A little rain is actually good for long distance running, it's the heat you need to worry about. The wind could be a good thing or a bad thing depending which direction it's blowing

Regards

The forecast is for a max temperature of 19 degrees and a southerly wind of 23mph.  That's quite breezy which maybe  a good thing if it's a tail wind.

Aisleyne and Richard have completed the run.  The weather was wet and windy but Aisleyne found it inspiring.  Aisleyne says she is "knackered" but happy to have done the run.  There was 26,000 runners raising money for over 500 different charities.  If you would like to make a donation then click on the following link.

There are plenty of pics from this year's event on there, and if you know Ash's bib number you can search for pics of her too

Oh yes, so there is. I was thinking it was 2009 for some reason.

However I've no idea of Ash's bib number?
Have you?

Well we get to see a pair of shapely legs, but they're not Aisleyne's unfortunately.

She does look adorable there, although she's probably in pain at that moment.

I've found a video of Ash at the start of the London 10k run from last year (2007), on Brain Tumour UK's Facebook page. It was uploaded by Lisa Connell.

You might need to have a Facebook account to see these - not sure?
