Mind you, I said that once before, so I'll say nothing more until Thursday night...

| When Ash was due to be on last time, I watched a couple of times and was somewhat surprised to find that Ms Pinder seemed to be doing quite a good job as co-presenter. |

| Great News about another Ash TV appearance. Who cares whether it's Lucy Pinder, Chanelle or Attilla the Hun doing the interview? |
|
|
|
| If it was Attila would Aisleyne call him "babes" or "hun" ? |

I wouldn't want to see Aisleyne faced with such a dilemna. Perhaps they'd better stick with one of the girls. |

| Presumably Aisleyne will be wearing one of her Unique outfits for this appearance?
Could Ms Pinder (or Naomi etc? ) be provided with a UbA dress for the evening too? |

BB6 Well researched.
They must have been listening to Aisleyne on the Spin interview!
Nice plug for the fashion range AND the TV show.
The Aussie barman had better know himself |

Location: Stoke-on-Trent | They talked about going to the London College of Fashion, her mother designing for Boy George and Poly Styrene. The UbA range hitting the stores this weekend. The usual what about Grace etc. Who she is still friends with (Imogen, Pete and Glyn) forgetting Michael must have been an oversite. They talked about the "Aisleyne" show and played the opening credits and that the show will be warts and all. Aisleyne will be back on again shortly with Connor the barman. |

I love hearing about your fashion range Ash. It will gain you so much respect, I think this is what you are really about IMHO. I hope your range gets into the big High Street Stores.
Perhaps you could get a stint of presenting on Fashion TV, and I think you'd be great presenting a show called what not to wear. The fashion angle is what you are about and you can never be too old for that industry. Glad you have your own show, it will give people the chance to see the real you, and keep up with what you are doing, and it should open up more doors for you in TV etc |

| Am I right in thinking that ol' Connor was a pussycat tonight?
The most searching thing there was the harsh light and close-up camera, and I reckon Aisleyne passed that test spectacularly.

I'll bet she'll be kicking herself for forgetting to mention Michael, though
Interesting that she's planning on a non-glamour calendar next year. At least I won't have to hide it away everytime my nephews come round

In that case, it was brilliant. The finest bit of TV I have ever seen (boy do I know how to crawl)
Seriously though I thought her chatting to the barman was what she does best. She seems more comfortable and natural when working with someone else. It brings a much more natural side to her. Sometimes on the TV programme, it looks as if shes not quite sure what she should do and is very concious of the camera, and therefore doesnt quite come over as well as being with someone else (Vernon Kay, Prince Diamond, etc). She is able to bounce of them, and to me, it makes it flow much more naturally. Well thats my opinion anyway.

Short but sweet.
I did flinch again when she hit the punchbag over the door. The hand, watch the hand, Aisleyne!
Looks like the programme is repeated at midnight, which would put Ash on about 12.15. |

They talked about going to the London College of Fashion, her mother designing for Boy George and Poly Styrene.
Sad footnote to the above:
Poly Styrene (real name Marianne Joan Elliott-Said) has sadly died of breast cancer at the tragically early age of 53.
Here is a reference to her friendship with Aisleyne's mum Sophia on the X-Ray Spex website (Day Eight) :

Not more sad news. I've recently lost a good from from the same thing, and these reports of people dying seem so frequent lately. I remember her well. Takes me right back. |
