| ...In today's Guardian magazine. Interestingly, they followed a snapper for Splash News, who I believe may have shown an interest in Aisleyne recently.... they have 11 snappers on their books and they are one of the biggest agencies in London, but not as big as BIG. The article hinted that a certain cockatoo headed individual may have seriously exaggerated the amount paps can get for their pictures. Non-exclusive snaps, even of A-listers, may only fetch £200. During the making of the article, a snapper who captured Katie Price coming out of Embassy managed to sell pics of her with her sister for just £50 each. Very informative article. As I suspected there are legions of doormen and bar staff 'tipping off' paps as to the whereabouts of various celebs. Basically there are so many paps on the streets of London nowadays (up to 70 freelancers alone on any given night) that 'exclusives' are hard to come by, so the value of each pic is diminished. Also, there are different types of papper, from those that chase celebs outside nightclubs (Ash will know most of them) to those that just do red carpet events and the like, and another breed who do daytime snaps only.
