They should have put the gurus in the diary room, instead the twist ended up a damp squib like all the other twists. |

Location: Edgware, Middlesex | On the plus side, though, it made for a really feel-good eviction with all the cheering. I don't think Gerry would have come out to cheers like that if he hadn't been so self-sacrificing.
I wasn't looking forward to watching the gurus squirm so I'm glad it went down the way it did, to be honest

| I think Gerry thought quickly on his feet, did the sums, and realised he was doomed. He wasn't going to survive with Tracey and Ziggy on the selection panel. And coming in the bottom two, below Jonty and Kara in the vote, he knew he wasn't going to win.
Endemol should have expected Gerry's heroic act and planned for it! |
